Monday, June 28th Conference Call
Management (Chad):
Outrageous Kindness: treat your team members, your family and your customers better than you want to be treated.
We're now averaging about 45 billable hours today, which means we're just under our target of 50. Congratulations to everyone who has been working smarter and focusing on efficiencies to help boost that number!
Approvals for this month have been outstanding, so great work to the sales team!
Training (Thomas):
This Wednesday, all the techs will be breaking out with Chad, and the support staff will stick with Thomas.
Service (Nathan):
Wildly Important Goal: surpassed 6600 openings - over 500 were labeled last week alone
Fuel Gauge: there's a collection $700K of stuff in the office and on deck which can be moved out, and would help us meet sales goals this month and next month
three days left in the month to catch up to our goal
make sure you're performing LOCKS onsite
Access (Andrew):
camera install in Greensboro
shoutout to the team for installing a camera pole last week - the customer reviews were really positive
Belle Vista has been piling up and will get started sometime in the next couple weeks
Anderson (Josh):
15 bikes and one lock job at the shop
a few site visits are lined up on the service side
trying to set up a door survey for Bosch at their new building
Purchasing (Sam):
parts from a few big projects are in the warehouse and ready to go
pick up the parts in your bin when you come by
if you need parts same-day, call Purchasing to see if they can be sourced locally or are already at the warehouse
