Monday, March 29th Conference Call

Management (Chad):


  • tracking new habits for the second quarter begins April 1st, so reach out to your accountability buddy if you haven't yet

  • shoutout to everyone working to make the Loc-Doc softball team happen

  • as more and more people are getting vaccinated, COVID-19 safety restrictions are beginning to be lifted, which means it might be safe to resume in-person meetings soon



Training (Thomas):


  • make sure you were invited to the new "5S - All Teams" Google Chat, and thank you to McDouglas for helping to get it set up

    • use this chat to vote for the 5S Team (other than yours!) who you think did the best job with their assigned area

    • every team did an outstanding job

  • this Wednesday's team meeting will focus on the work the 5S groups did

    • each team leader will do an overview of how their projects went and will present their area's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)



Service (Nathan):


  • W.I.G. Update:

    • just under 3K openings so far this year

  • Fuel Gauge:

    • around $207K for this month, which is short of our goal

    • only two days left in the month

    • $35K in progress or on the shelf

    • a quarter of a million ($250K) in the funnel

  • Remember:

    • something that could take you five minutes to check may save someone else an hour of work

    • double-check with the customers if there's anything else we can look at when onsite

    • every Site Visit counts, whether it's $100 or $1000



Projects (Mike):

  • Roman and Dylan are working on a project installing four doors

  • Jordan and Scotty will be working on a rekey at the office

  • Mike has some meetings scheduled around lunch but will be at the office all week



Access (Andrew):

  • they got a big camera install completed Friday

  • adding another door to an access system today

  • Genadiy is off today, so send anything for him to Andrew Moody

  • Andrew will be in a meeting at 3PM, but is otherwise at the office and available if you need him



Anderson (Josh):


  • lots of projects got completed last week and there are more lined up for this week

  • they did a bunch of lever sets last week for a church who were so impressed by their work that they're adding more

  • they have some counter tickets and bikes to work on


Purchasing (Sam):


  • if you're bringing back an RGA, make sure it goes on the "In" shelf

  • call William if you're on a jobsite and need parts to get the work done today
