Monday, March 1st Conference Call
Management (Chad):
Happy birthday, Nan! 🥳🎉
Some changes within the company to be aware of:
Adam Svagr will be moving to Customer Success
he will be training for a few more days, during which time Levi will be operating the Customer Success department singlehandedly
Isaiah Etheridge has elected to pursue an employment opportunity closer to home rather than transition to a new role within Loc-Doc
Please resist the urge to gossip: if you have any questions about the details of this change, reach out to management. Don't discuss it with people who can't answer the question for you.
Training (Thomas):
Happy March!
this Wednesday we'll be working in teams to use the 5S Methodology in four areas around the office
people who are remote will also be able to help
it will be a competition
Service (Nathan):
Fuel Gauge:
we ended February just over $210K, which is short of goal
we have a lot on the books for this month:
over $33K at the office
$280K waiting
there are three extra working days in March
do you best to close out site visits in as few trips as possible
W.I.G. Update:
we have officially surpassed two thousand labeled openings
we're currently averaging a thousand a month, so we'll want to increase that to hit the 18k goal before the end of the year
Projects (Mike):
waiting on parts to come in for a few projects
Mike will be working with Scotty to fill him in on changes
if Mike doesn't answer the phone when you call, he'll get back with you asap
Access (Andrew):
starting Parkway Plaza today, a big project that's been in the works for a while
hoping to finish midweek next week
Andrew is around if you need him
Anderson (Josh):
caught up on counter tickets, a few bike repairs left to do
focusing on getting some of the older things moved out
have to work on an older-style lock that needs modification
welcome back Michael after a trip to Disney
Purchasing (Sam):
let Sam or William know if you need additional parts to get your job completed same-day, even if you're pretty sure it will need to be ordered - you never know if they have it at the office
