Management (Chad):
We will accomplish our goal of 18K openings in 2021 by practicing:
helpful and kind communication

solving our customers' problems
limited by inefficiency - focusing on improving billable hours
Takeaway from last week:
there were some setbacks on the Dorchester and Belle Vista project
use that as fuel to maintain focus on what we can do this week to reduce errors, check keys before leaving sites, make sure Site Visits have the right addresses and contact info, make sure quotes have the right prices
Training (Chad):
Thomas is off this week
the focus this Wednesday will be on training within the TrackVia/OMS app
Service (Nathan):
Wildly Important Goal:
currently at 8366 openings out of 18K
Billable Hours:
55 a day is the goal
currently averaging about 35
Projects (Mike):
project team will be in town for the rest of the week, working on getting a few projects started
trying to get everything coordinated before fall
Mike will be in town all week
Access (Andrew):
Genadiy and Andrew will be installing cameras at Belle Vista
Jon is off all week, and Derek will be off Wednesday through Friday
Anderson (Josh):
welcome back, Nan, and thanks to Thomas for covering for her
there are a few bikes in the shop
locksmith/access - quotes needing to be completed and parts are on the way for a few big projects
Purchasing (Sam):
check your red bins for parts and let Purchasing know if they don't seem to be replenishing right
if you need parts same-day, call Purchasing to see if they can be sourced locally or are already at the warehouse
if you're returning parts, bring them to the In Shelf and follow the instructions re: leaving a sticky note
