Monday, March 15th Conference Call
Management (Chad):
Happy birthday, Andrew Ingram! 🥳🎉
Habit Tracker Reminder
new accountability buddies will be assigned at the end of March to help us track a new habit for second quarter
one of our goals as a company is to set and track a different habit every quarter
for the second quarter, choose a habit that is related to improving in your job
remember to make a 100% effort in every task we touch
what does 100% mean to you in your role?
follow through with a task until it's finished, whether it be phone calls, emails, site visits, projects, or anything else
stay true, stay on top of it; don't let things get half-done and walk away
Training (Thomas):
Lynn will be in the Charlotte office again today, so say hello if you see her
Thomas will be in Anderson tomorrow through the end of the week to continue her training
For Wednesday: expanding on what we learned from our Culture Index Reports
how can we use what our Culture Indices showed us to improve our Consistent Communication?
Service (Nathan):
W.I.G. Update:
currently just a couple openings short of 2500
averaging 1K a month so far, but we need a couple hundred more a month to reach our goal
Fuel Gauge:
just under 110K for the month
this month had 23 working days and we've already gone through ten of them, so we need to hit the halfway point in the next couple days
over $45K sitting at the office and a quarter of a million in the pipeline
these next few months are projected to be busy, but there will still be downtime in which you can look for opportunities to get ahead
look for the best solution for each customer when you're in the field: for instance, if a customer doesn't want the work done right away, ask if we can put together a quote
Projects (Mike):
Scotty and Jordan are working on a large rekey for Lillibridge Healthcare
more doors will be coming in from some door projects
LOCKS Review - Latch, Open, Close, Key, Structure
look at the entire opening and door
we're the professionals: if a customer needs more than what they think they do, make sure to give them their value for their trip charge
if you have any questions, call Mike
Access (Andrew):
working on a two-door access system that should be done today
remember, if you ever run into anything with wires (stripes, closers, keypads, etc) make sure you call Andrew, Derek, or Christopher
it might just be a five minute job
they're happy to help either way so that the customer's needs are taken care of as quickly as possible
Anderson (Josh):
working on several bikes in the shop and a couple projects for Anderson County
lots of parts have arrived for projects
site visits picked up at the end of last week
several hardware installs at McLaughlin Body Company
Mike is on the Wayne Alexander project
Purchasing (Sam):
there's a door in the shop that's ready to go out
call William if you're on a jobsite and need parts to see if we can get them same-day
