Monday, December 21st Conference Call

Chad

  • in order to take Christmas Eve (Thursday) off, we all need to work together to get everything closed out by Wednesday

  • Consistent Communication:

    • check out Chad's post here about communicating to personality types

    • make sure you're taking into consideration the person with whom you're communicating and modifying the way you're communicating as needed

Thomas

  • no meeting this Wednesday or next Wednesday due to the holidays

  • meetings will resume January 6th

  • the automated text and email reminders will probably still go out, but they're lying to you

  • use this time to work on your goal structures for 2021

Nathan

  • we'll all need to do our best work in order to get everything done before Christmas Eve

    • make sure to call ahead to job sites: during the holidays, customers may not be keeping up with their schedules and will probably need the reminder

    • the only way to get the schedule cleared by the end of Wednesday will be through teamwork, so be ready to think on your feet

  • Fuel Gauge:

    • $80K in revenue scheduled for today and $10K tomorrow

    • currently at $113K which is less than halfway to our goal

    • only one-third of the month left, or seven working days

  • Safety:

    • even if you're driving safe 95% of the time, it'll be during that remaining 5% when you're rushing or getting impatient that someone will use the phone number on the side of your van to report you to Loc-Doc

    • leave a suitable following distance in front of your vehicle and give yourself plenty of time to get to each jobsite

    • make sure to wear a mask in the office, on jobsites, and around anyone who isn't a part of your household

Andrew

  • trying to finish up the job at The Bridges of Cabarrus this week: it's a big job with pool gates and four interior clubhouse doors

  • strikes to cut in at equipment supply

  • lots of irons in the fire

Sam

  • big projects coming through the warehouse

  • trying to keep it organized

  • if you bring a return back, leave a sticky note on it so they know what to do with that part

  • give them a call if you need a part to get a job done today
