Since the pandemic began, we've worked on increasing our focus on unexpected cleanliness, intentional execution, and defining expectations/consistent communication

We aren't out of the woods yet since the pandemic is far from over, but as we move into the fourth quarter of the year we can look back on...

2020 Achievements (So Far)

• 0 COVID cases so far: everyone in this organization took Unexpected Cleanliness to a new level

• profit-sharing goals were met for three of the past six months

• no one has had to be laid off or furloughed due to the pandemic

• annual increases were able to be implemented

• 8am small team meetings and 9am leadership standups were implemented and the flow of information in the organization has been better than ever

• we brought on four new team members

• our second location in Anderson was acquired and we brought on two new team members there

• the Opening Management System was launched

• the Accesso install was the biggest install in our organization's history

• virtual conference production has been a successful venture

• added several new facilities to our barcode system

• inventory was redeveloped and relaunched

• the monthly Book Club began

• Accounting, App Dev, and Account Management refined the Brivo and Eagle Eye monthly billing process

Four Factors For Finishing

1. create fans, not customers

2. focus on each task, each interaction, each opportunity

3. a team that is having fun at work will be less likely to be distracted or disheartened

4. don't forget the fundamentals: offer customers products that can be a value-add for their situation, even if they don't know to ask for it
