Monday, April 19th Conference Call
Management (Chad):
last week was very difficult for our organization with many call-outs and other changes within the company that are being worked out; thank you to everyone who stepped up in any way to help bear the load
congratulations to the Loc-Doc softball team on playing their first game!
we've updated our application page, so if you know someone who's job hunting, have them apply to work with us!
spend this week focusing on building strong habits (check in with your accountability buddies) and finding an opportunity to show someone outrageous kindness
Training (Thomas):
huge shoutout to Jordan and Scotty for stepping up last week on the large project in SC; they worked long hours into the weekend but still kept a positive attitude
don't forget that we plan to resume in-person meetings on May 5th
this Thursday (April 22nd) Joe and Nan will be at the Charlotte office during most of the business day, so stop by and say hello
Service (Nathan):
we're getting into the busiest part of the year; a record number of Site Visits have come in, and there's a lot of money at the office or on the way
Fuel Gauge:
over $40K at the office
over $280K in the funnel
sitting just under $110K, which is almost the halfway point to our monthly goal, and we're halfway through the month
if you need maintenance done on your company vehicle, get those requests in
Projects (Mike):
currently working on some rekeys
Mike will be spending a lot of time at Dorchester this week
looking forward to building up the team over the next couple of months
Access (Andrew):
the access team are all back on their feet after last week
they have a pool install and an emergency call scheduled for this morning
if you go to a pool, keep an eye out for loose bolts, locks on pump rooms, etc, and let people know if Loc-Doc can offer to update them
Anderson (Josh):
waiting for some bikes to be picked up
Michael has some quotes for service work
Nan will be doing a key and padlock audit
Josh and Kevan will be meeting with a representative from the Anderson County Career and Technical Center to see about taking on some of their doors
Anderson mall has also hired Loc-Doc to do some work
Purchasing (Sam):
parts are continuing to come in; all the bins are currently full
time for parts to come in has decreased, which means jobs are getting done more quickly
if you're on a job site and need parts, give Purchasing a call to see if they can be sourced today
