Management (Chad):
service seems to be increasing as the month goes on
lots of 10/10 responses coming in from the customer satisfaction survey
Chad's friend Rob Stevens will be visiting the office today
he runs CK's Lockshop in Florida and just wants to see how Loc-Doc operates
before Wednesday's meeting, everyone should do one act of Outrageous Kindness for another Loc-Doc team member. We'll be sharing those instead of One Positive Thing
Training (Thomas):
Mike Tyler is off this week, so any questions for him can be directed to Thomas instead
after sharing One Act Of Outrageous Kindness, this Wednesday's meeting will focus on SOP's (Standard Operation Procedures)
Service (Nathan):
if you need service on your van, fill out the van form in TrackVia as soon as possible; Mike will be at the office Wednesday morning to work on them
several people are off this week
Wildly Important Goal Update: we've just surpassed 3300 openings for the year!
Fuel Gauge:
we started the month strong and are currently at $66K after the first week
there are 15 working days left in the month, and service demand is growing
$45K in revenue at the office
$250K in the funnel
make sure to get projects closed out as quickly as possible so these big things can get billed out
Access (Andrew):
Andrew had a nice vacation and is grateful to everyone who helped while he was gone
the access team has an install today at a pool
Derek is off today and tomorrow, and a couple other people will be off later in the week
Anderson (Josh):
some jobs came in for the shop late Friday evening
caught up on bikes
SC has also seen a service uptick; they have four site visits scheduled for today
they also have a lot of quotes to take care of
Purchasing (Sam):
William is out, so if you need anything give Sam a call
