Outrageous Kindness Round Two
be very intentional about finding an opportunity that is different, that involves you going out of your way to do something that makes someone else's day a little better
the goal is for us to be very intentional about looking out for others
our focus should be on working collectively as a team rather than concentrating only on your role as an individual

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Overhaul
Without calling William, do you know the process for cutting Harris Teeter keys? Without calling Nan or Joe, how do you convert a counter ticket payment to lightspeed in Anderson?
We're going to make a push to add SOPs for processes like those above to the team website (team.locdoc.net) so that there's a repository of these documents available for anyone who needs them.
In order to do this, everyone needs to brainstorm what needs to be written up. What are things you find yourself asking from others?
