-if we ever get to a point where we're putting band-aids on things or leaving work incomplete, the person who ultimately suffers is the customer
-ask yourself, "Am i helping to solve someone's problem, or am i passing it off to someone else because I don't care?"
-if we can master helpful and kind communication, fast responses, and problem-solving, the rest will fall into line

-we're still waiting for the state government to determine that the pandemic has been contained enough to move NC to "stage 3" reopening before we consider beginning in-person meetings again
-the RNC will be in town this week, so please try to stay safe if you're nearby

-if you cant take a phone call, send a text, email, or voicemail
-focus on refined quality to help eliminate warranties

-over $50K already started "in the funnel"
