Aaron Beaver Shares A Win


In order to meet our 2021 Wildly Important Goal of servicing 18K openings, we will need to regularly bring in new lifetime customers. From a customer perspective, working with Loc-Doc always starts with the Customer Success team.


Customer Success reports that every week they handle:

  • 200 - 300 customer emails

  • 120 - 140 inbound calls in Charlotte

  • 40 - 80 inbound calls in Anderson


In the past few weeks, Levi and Isaiah have really been exceeding expectations when it comes to how many new Site Visits they have been able to create, and have really focused on creating fans out of customers - and that's a win!



The 5S Method Phase Two


Remember the 5S Methodology we talked about last week? Over the course of the past week, Thomas and Chad have really enjoyed seeing everyone who shared before and after pictures of their 5S projects in the google chat. Congratulations to everyone, and great work exceeding expectations!


How has implementing the 5S methodology on a space in your work life helped you this week, and how will it continue to help you going forward?


Sort:

  • going through everything in an area enables you to streamline your process, reduce duplicates, and identify instances where disorder may lead to mistakes

Set In Order:

  • assessing what you already have will help you reduce redundancies in the future that cost time, focus, and energy

Shine:

  • taking the time to clean up items, files, or spaces creates motivation to keep the area or item tidy and makes you proud

Standardize:

  • defining a "home" for each item means it's easier to put things away

  • using labels also makes it easier to find things when you need them again

Sustain:

  • makes working in that space more efficient going forward

  • prevents you from losing the progress you've made

  • helps Loc-Doc reach its goals!



5S Round Two: Electric Boogaloo


We're going to split the team into larger groups who will work together to apply this process to larger areas around the Charlotte office. What are the areas in the office that, after undergoing the 5S Methodology, would change our ability to service 18K openings this year?


Challenge: there will be a vote by the whole company on which area got 5S'ed the best... with a reward for the winner!
