the Loc-Doc facebook page is shining a light on how we're helping customers solve problems
the first post is up here; please share it and help spread this information to customers and potential customers
the next meeting of the Book Club will be this Thursday on Google Meet at 5pm
about 30 copies of The Ideal Team Player have gone out
this week's meeting will be fun and energetic
the next book will be announced at the meeting on Thursday
the first quarter's Habit Trackers are available for download here or pick up at the office
make sure you've reached out to your accountability buddy and gotten your tracker - display it somewhere where you spend a lot of time like your van, your desk, or your bathroom mirror
stay focused, intentional, keep in contact with your buddy
Thomas
Continuing Education training with techs will start again next Tuesday morning: watch for it to pop up in your queue as a site visit
for Wednesday morning, be prepared to talk about what you're planning to do to help ensure that Loc-Doc will reach its 2021 goal of servicing 18K openings
Nathan
Fuel Gauge: we're currently at $46K for this month, but we should be at $65-70K if we want to hit this month's goal
we could get back on track with one strong day
there's enough in the funnel and lined up to hit our goal as long as we make sure we're closing out site visits and taking the time to do the little things
remember to double-check parts and measurements, and to call the customer before going onsite. Five minutes for you could save someone else an hour!
you can also increase sales for Loc-Doc by communicating with the customer while you're on site: are there any other doors they might need looked at? Adding one opening to each site visit would be a huge step toward the 2021 goal
please be safe on the roads!
