Monday, November 23rd Conference Call
Chad
this week's Wednesday Morning Meeting will be optional since it's the day before Thanksgiving (Chad will be online if you want to log in and chat)
make sure you're up-to-date with the most recent information regarding the second COVID-19 case within Loc-Doc (read Chad's Weekly Report on it here)
people based in the office are being asked to work from home for the upcoming two weeks whenever possible
focus on communication: reach out to others and make sure to reply to messages as quickly as possible
don't confuse working remotely with having time off
Sam is digitally available if you need to call on him (like this)
any questions, concerns, confusion, please reach out to Chad
Nathan
the theme of this month: do our best to try to get Site Visits closed out
big jobs and small jobs are equally important to the team
some people may be off for the holidays or working remotely and less accessible to customers
make sure we're prioritizing customer communication
don't just say "we couldn't get ahold of them" - send an email or text and follow up
call ahead for jobs; we're going to make sure they're scheduled in advance
in the downtime between now and Wednesday we should try to get ahead
Mike
assisting with some of the kitchen remodel in the office
large install for Mecklenburg County Parks
keep up communication and work together like we always do
Andrew
lots of stuff coming in
project prep for 1315 East Blvd
Andrew will be remote most of the week, but is available via text or email
Sam
working remotely but virtually available in the office
if the screen says he's on a break or you don't see him, feel free to text him; he'll be nearby and ready to help
