Book Club

• meeting this Thursday night from 5-7 (dinner will be provided)

• next month's book will be The 4 Disciplines of Execution, a book that focuses on achieving goals by breaking them into steps

Intentional Execution

• while Chad tried to relax this weekend, he saw a football guy get hurt and kept playing until his team won

• although breaks and taking care of yourself are important, it's also important not to let your team down if they're all relying on you

THOMAS

• Aflac is coming to the meeting Wednesday to discuss benefits they offer through Loc-Doc

  • see Supplemental Policies in Resources → Healthcare Benefits

• Thursday, building engineers from 800 West Trade St will be coming into the office for a masterkey cylinder pinning class

• make sure customers know we offer classes

MIKE

• we had a few callouts today so Nathan is working on adjusting the schedule

• we ordered a lot of projects over the last 4-5 days, which means the end of this month and the beginning of next will be extremely busy

• make sure to take care of your van and your stock

• remember, we're trying to make our customers fans who don't want to go anywhere but Loc-Doc security

ANDREW

• wrapping up the final piece of an alarm system from last week

• gate hardware and electric strike installations in Concord later this week

SAM

• just placed an order for about seventeen hollow metal doors and even more doors that will have hardware done (big project incoming)

• make sure you're selecting your inventory when you pick something up for your van
