Monday, May 24th Conference Call
Management (Chad):
we're getting ready to close out May (meaning we're almost halfway done with the year)
last week, we had a record number of site visits created in one week
huge shoutout to Adam for accomplishing that entirely on his own while Levi was on vacation!
we've also met target for billable hours, and might meet our goal if we stay consistent
another shoutout to digital content: Aaron produced a big event in San Antonio and Dan produced videos for Assa Abloy
Training (Thomas):
for this Wednesday's meeting, we'll talk about how we're tracking efficiencies
we'll review scoreboards and other tracking systems
Service (Nathan):
Wildly Important Goal:
we surpassed 5K openings last month
this means we're currently averaging more than 1K a month
Fuel Gauge:
just over $164K in revenue for the month
a quarter million in the funnel
thanks to Adam's work, we had a record number of Site Visits last week (161 between Charlotte and Anderson)
Projects (Mike):
Dylan and Roman on a door project in Shelby
several rekeys later this week
Mike will be in the office for the rest of the week
Access (Andrew):
service work and a gate hardware install this week
Anderson (Josh):
working on replacing an electrified exit device
some deliveries came in from Bosch
McDonalds wants more work done
a few bikes at the shop
Purchasing (Sam):
if you needed anything from Sam while he was off last week, go ahead and ask him now
if you need parts same-day, call Purchasing to see if they can be sourced locally or are already at the warehouse
