Monday, November 16th Conference Call

Chad

  • don't forget to vote for the 2020 Loc-Doc Security awards (check your email for your link)

  • Christmas Party Update:

    • save the date for the first Saturday in December (12/6)

    • this year's party will not be in-person, but it will still be just as fun as always

  • make sure to fill out your weekly report - Chad really enjoys reading over them on Mondays

  • Book Club update:

    • not too late to join

    • 19 people showed up last week (some virtual and some in-person)

    • 2nd Thursday (evening) each month

    • next month's book is The 4 Disciplines of Execution


Thomas

  • Phase 3 for another three weeks, so we aren't resuming in-person meetings yet

  • for this week's meeting, be ready to talk about the final "F":

    • things that make the job fun

    • ways that you have fun

    • ways that interacting with your coworkers can be fun


Nathan

  • we're currently halfway through the month with eleven working days left

  • Fuel Gauge:

    • currently at $71K (we need double that if we want to hit our goal)

    • 421K on the shelf or in progress

    • $160K getting ready to come through

  • it's very important to get jobs completed and closed out

  • take the extra five minutes to make sure you're doing things the right way

  • even with the best prior planning, we will run into hiccups along the way - rely on your teammates in those cases


Mike

  • Jordan is starting the 185 cylinder install at 650 Tryon

  • Brandon is starting the Johnson C Smith rekey

  • Spartanburg door project

  • more, bigger projects are upcoming in the first part of December, so it'll be important to get these out of the way as quickly as possible


Andrew

  • meeting at 1315 East Blvd for a big project starting soon

  • end of Nov/beginning of Dec will be very busy

  • another project approved in Fayetteville


Sam

  • lots of big projects coming up, just trying to stay prepared and ahead of the game

  • select your inventory when pulling parts for your van

  • don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it

  • if you need a part to finish your job, call William to see if it's in stock or if it can be sourced locally
