Monday, February 1st Conference Call
Management (Chad):
Marketing Update: throughout the month of January we've been trying some new things: running ads on google and facebook, sending out email campaigns, etc
our ads have been seen by 90K people
the emails were opened by 4K people
the number of new Site Visits created (seeing the "Winning Formula" dashboard in TrackVia) has been climbing steadily: the bar chart on the dashboard actually looks like a staircase
we had 17 new customers last week, which indicates that we outpaced our average of 3 new customers created a day
sales and accounting sent out 54 estimates
we broke the record set by the numbers from our past few Januarys
Remember:
every person is responsible for making each and every customer feel welcome
customer service is always our #1 priority: providing a quick response and friendly and helpful interactions
every small task counts; everything we do is to help customers protect their people and their property
it's up to us to show people that we WANT to do business with them
Training (Thomas):
5S Project Update:
thank you to those of you who've posted your 5S projects in the "Photo and Video Stream" google chat
we'd like 100% participation before Wednesday
at the team meeting this week we'll be discussing:
how the projects went
how we can keep it up
setting further 5S goals for our teams
there will be all-day trainings Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in the office, providing coaching to someone who is working on passing the NC locksmith exam
Thomas will be mostly unreachable
try to stay out of the training area
Service (Nathan):
we just wrapped up January; today is the first business day (and first day) of February
January usually isn't one of our busier months, but this past month we came in just over $265K
there are lots of signs that we're gaining momentum over the past couple weeks, so we're set up to really crush it this month
SVs and Sales are going up simultaneously
last week we surpassed the 1K openings mark
Remember:
take the extra 5 minutes to make sure you're doing it right
be safe on the roads and on jobsites
Projects (Mike):
lots of rekey projects coming in for Jordan and Adam
a couple door projects
let Mike know if anyone on the Projects team can help out on the Service side
Mike will be in the office till noon today and is available by phone or text
Access (Andrew):
1315 East Blvd had to be put on hold for a couple days last week, but should be back on track to be wrapped up today
getting prepped for the next big project at Parkway Plaza
this one has been in the works for a long time
Anderson (Josh):
currently have two rekeys scheduled
working on reorganizing the back area
Michael is working on a project down in Anderson
safe work has picked up:
another combination change today
five Site Visits in the last week were related to working on safes
working on a solution for a liquor store that wants a dead-latch Wednesday
Purchasing (Sam):
if you're on a jobsite and need parts, call William first to see if it's in stock or if it can be sourced locally today
this is a vital step in making sure we're closing out as many jobs as possible in the one day
