Andrew is off today and Leonard will be off all week

last Wednesday, we focused on identifying inefficiencies in our reporting and processes, and we narrowed it down to three areas: 1) costing/accuracy of costing 2) non-billable expense tracking 3) training and onboarding

Training (Thomas):
Cameron Clark is a new employee starting today as a bike technician in the SC office

we've surpassed 9000 openings and are more than halfway to meeting the 18K goal

Projects (Mike):
Scotty and Jordan are continuing work on a rekey project at 620 Tryon
Dylan and Mike will be at Christ Church preparing to buil a frame
