Supplemental Insurance through Aflac

Aflac's supplemental insurance pays you directly instead of paying doctors/hospitals
we can get an accident protection plan, short-term disability, and life insurance, a cancer plan, and more
Teladoc services are available for a $25 copay (to Aflac)
if at least eight employees in the company sign up for their life insurance, they can offer a set company rate without asking any health questions up front
all plans are portable - you can take them with you if you leave Loc-Doc for any reason
