Monday, December 14th Conference Call
Chad
in an example of Outrageous Kindness, Chad and his neighbors worked together last night to hold a reckless driver accountable even though the neighbors weren't personally affected and it was very late at night
two more of our teammates received positive COVID-19 test results over the weekend
with these extra absences this week, it's more important than ever that we show outrageous kindness by helping fill in wherever we see an opportunity
wear masks at the office, wash your hands, and try to keep a six-foot distance from others when you can
Thomas
it's going to get very cold this week
make sure you have a heavy coat, warm gloves, and a beanie
if you need any of those things, reach out to Thomas
since doctors and hospitals are extra busy with the post-Thanksgiving COVID-19 spike, we need to do everything in our power to keep ourselves well
come to the Wednesday morning meeting prepared to discuss goals: Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance
Nathan
several more people are out than we planned for today, so we're shorthanded on both sides of the team
the only way to get through this will be to work as a team
work on communication
Fuel Gauge:
we're just under $78K for the month, which is a little short, but there are several big things indicating we're set up for success
$50K in-progress
$108K in the shop or on order
that's enough to hit our goal for this month
make sure we're each doing everything we can to complete our jobs and close out tasks
Safety Reminder:
please make sure when you're around someone who doesn't live in your house, you're wearing a mask
there are plenty of cleaning supplies around the office if you need to sanitize an area
drive safe:
allow yourself an extra five minutes
don't rush
don't sacrifice safety
don't forget the Loc-Doc number is written all over your vehicle: the one time you fail to drive safely, someone will call the office and report it
Mike
Josh Smith will be walking a college in Spartanburg for a door survey and rekey
large door project in Monroe with Roman and Dylan setting frames
we'll be spread thin the next few days due to illnesses
be safe, be in constant communication
Andrew
there's a two-door access installation this morning,
this project was a big win
it started out as three doors that were completed quickly
once those three were done, the client asked for more doors to be done than originally planned
stay warm and stay safe
Sam
lots of parts are in the office and ready to go
about $25K worth of parts will be coming in at the end of the month (for January)
if you need anything feel free to call
complete as many tasks today as you can
